Announcing the First Annual Criticore Impact Awards!
At the Criticore Group, we know that our success comes down to the dedication, hard work, and a commitment to safety of our incredible team members. That’s why we’re excited to launch the Criticore Impact Awards, a way to recognize our Jenco Inc and RK Electric team members who go above and beyond every day. There are 6 award categories focused on themes of safety, professionalism, and growth.
And now, meet your Criticore Award Recipients:
Team Category
This award recognizes a team that exemplifies the Criticore core value of “Safety is Above All” through outstanding safety performance on a specific event or over time.
1. Andretti Indoor Kart Team – Jenco Inc.
Nominated for maintaining perfect safety scores on the project.
2. Applied Materials Team – RK Electric
Recognized for exceeding safety expectations and obtaining additional site-specific training.
3. Caleb & Emmanuel – RK Electric Safety Team
Caleb and Emmanuel jumped into action during a safety incident at a jobsite and provided life saving measures to another subcontractor’s employee.
Project of the Year – Team Category
This award to projects that have made a meaningful impact on our customers or communities. This is the highest honor for excellence in project execution, delivering lasting value that we can be proud of for years to come. All team members who contributed to the project receive this award.
1. City of Mesa, City Hall – Jenco Inc.
A flagship project serving as a key hub for city staff and residents, enhancing accessibility and modern design.
2. Large Aerospace Project – Jenco Inc.
This project showcased outstanding leadership and innovation; leading to a positive impact on the client’s bottomline.
3. Emergency Response Call – RK Electric
A high-pressure emergency service call requiring a rapid, full-team response to restore power to a major site in Northern California.
Individual Category
This award recognizes an individual who has demonstrated exceptional dedication to workplace safety, either in a specific event or through consistent safety performance.
1. Eric – Jenco Inc.
Nominated by three different leaders for his consistent excellence on job sites.
2. Tai – RK Electric
Recognized for outstanding safety performance and dedication.
Project Managers of the Year
This award honors the top two project managers across the organization who have demonstrated outstanding project complexity management, margin gains, and zero safety incidents throughout the year.
1. David – Jenco Inc.
Successfully navigated significant project changes while driving exceptional results.
2. Jun – RK Electric
Led the Data Division, excelling in project management, sales, and market perseverance.
This award celebrates individuals who have achieved a significant personal or professional milestone, demonstrating perseverance, work ethic, and a commitment to growth.

3. Ben – RK Electric
Ben has demonstrated extraordinary growth and dedication since joining the company two years ago. Through his hard work and commitment to excellence, he has quickly risen through the ranks to become a Service Manager. Ben’s journey is a testament to his proactive approach to personal and professional development, as well as his unwavering focus on delivering outstanding results.
Kayla – Jenco Inc.
Kayla has jumped into her role and has grown tremendously over the past year. Supporting our field and helping them grow in their careers. Kayla has been instrumental to the success of maintaining and retaining our field staff.
Keith – Jenco Inc.
Keith started and completed his first project as a foreman this year. He started out as a apprentice with Jenco and has worked his way up to a foreman in a short amount of time. After completing the first project, the customer is asking us to send him out to their projects for future work..
Josh – Jenco Inc.
Josh has really come a long way in his journey, coming from the field and into the office pursuing his interests in VDC and engineering. His excitement and energy feed into the entire team and his passion and commitment to excellence is refreshing. In addition to working his full time role, Josh has been continuing his college education on nights and weekends as well as studying VDC design, software and best practices on his own, outside the office and never fails to come in with fresh ideas and skills week after week. .
This award recognizes employees who embody the Criticore core values of safety, employer of choice, quality of services, integrity & ethics, and responsiveness.
Andrew – Jenco
Andrew is being recognized because of his passion about Quality. He regularly stops to inform younger folks how and WHY we do things a certain way. He is focused on education and training to cause high quality work.
Erin – Jenco
Erin sees a problem or someone needing help, and she takes action. For example, she noticed an opportunity to strengthen APM’s and PM’s financial skills and initiated a training program where she produced a series of workshops for the team.
Megan – RK Electric
Megan’s addition to the RK team has made us all stronger and better – we are so fortunate to have her leadership and partnership in developing and growing RK Electric!
Harold – RK Electric
Harold is dependable, always respectful to our customers, hardworking, holds Criticore values, he’s always available via phone (on call or not).
